All ages are welcome! We do gear our play studio toward toddler and elementary age. If an older sibling or child would like to visit or tag along, we will charge the $8 adult admission fee per child over 10. Wildflower Studio also offers a variety of art & craft kits for purchase to entertain older kids while their siblings play!

In order to allow as many friends to play with us as possible, we do not have space for strollers in the studio. You are welcome to park strollers outside the studio in our interior hallway. Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own snacks, meals, and beverages to enjoy during your visit. To help keep our play space clean and safe for all children, we ask that all food and drinks remain on the Wildflower Studio side of our space and not be brought into the Wonderland Play Studio play area.

We have plenty of tables and seating available for families to relax, enjoy a snack, catch up with a friend, or even get a little work done while the kids play. We simply ask that all food and beverages be enjoyed while seated at a table and that you help us keep the play area food-free.

Babies 12 months and under are free with any paid child admission within the same family or any family membership. If you would like to attend with just a single baby, even with a friend or someone outside your own family and no other older children, you will need to pay an adult admission for $8 per adult at check-in.

We allow two adults complimentary per party (not per child). If you do have additional adults (over the age of 10 years old) that would like to attend beyond the included 2, they are welcome, but will have to pay the $8 adult admission fee per additional adult. This will be charged at check-in.

We hope you will be understanding of this policy because additional adults limit our total capacity and the amount of children we can have in the space.

We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best experience for all families, please review our cancellation policy:

1. Play sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled session time.
2. Cancellations made at least 1 hour in advance may receive a credit toward a future play session or be rescheduled to another available session.
3. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled session are non-refundable and are not eligible for studio credit.

Guests who do not attend their reserved play session without advance notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduled session. We appreciate your understanding, as reserved spots prevent other families from booking that session.

If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel, you will receive a credit to your account for the reservation to use at a future date. We do not issue any refunds and any credits cannot be converted into any kind of cash or other credit, besides for future play sessions. When you book with Wildflower Studio + Wonderland, you will be required to create an account with us (through Vagaro).

To reschedule your reservations:

1. Log in to your Vagaro account.
2. Go to "Appointments".
3. Select the play session you'd like to change.
4. Click Reschedule.
5. Choose a new available date and time.
6. Confirm your new booking.

To cancel, please call us at (989) 417-1344 at least an hour prior to your reservation.

If you're unable to reschedule online or need assistance, please contact us at and we'll be happy to help.

Please note: Play sessions may be rescheduled up to 1 hour before your scheduled session. Changes requested within 24 hours of the session may be subject to our cancellation and no-show policy.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 1 hour before your scheduled session. Guests who do not attend their reserved play session without advance notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduled session.

Membership holders who repeatedly no-show may have advance booking privileges limited at our discretion.

For all visitors, including members, reservations are not required but STRONGLY recommended!

We cannot guarantee space for any walk-ins at any given time and you may have to wait until space opens up without a reservation (which could possibly be an hour or more).

Please use our online booking system prior to arriving to guarantee your play session. Members get early access to book new play sessions before they’re available to everyone else. After the member booking window closes, any remaining spots open up to the public.

Wildflower Studio + Wonderland members can book play sessions directly through Vagaro using their membership benefits.

Once your membership is active:

1. Log into your Vagaro account (the one linked to your membership)
2. Go to Book Now / Open Play
3. Select your desired date and time
4. Complete the booking—your membership credit or unlimited access will automatically apply at checkout

If your membership includes unlimited monthly play sessions, you can continue booking as many sessions as you’d like each month (based on availability).

YES! We do allow you to rotate your membership between different children if you have one child in school part of the year or on certain days, or want to bring a different child each time you visit. We will just need to make sure we have a waiver on file for every child before they use their membership for their basic info.

You can also purchase a membership for one child and then buy individual play sessions for another if you don’t need a full membership for all children in your household!

Yes! We will happily add any additional family members or caregivers who might want to bring your child to your account, upon request. They will be permitted to bring your child/children that are listed as active members at any time. Please note memberships only cover 2 adults per visit, so if additional caregivers are visiting in addition to adults listed on the membership they will be charged for the add-on adult admission ($8) at check-in.

One of the many perks of becoming a member is our guest passes! Each member gets one free guest pass per month to bring along a friend to check out our magical space! Guest passes must be used WITH a member during their visit, and reset each month. Just use code GUEST to book a spot for your guest and we will handle everything else at check-in!

You can easily check your gift card balance in a few different ways:

Option 1: Online (Fastest way)

1. Log-in to your Vagaro account.
2. Go to Gift Cards under your profile (find by clicking the icon of you initials/profile picture).
3. Select Check Gift Card Balance
4. Enter your gift card number (and PIN if required)
5. Your remaining balance will display instantly

Option 2: At checkout

You can also ask us to check your balance when you come in for a play session, workshop, or event—we’re happy to look it up for you.

Option 3: Confirmation email

If your gift card was purchased online through Vagaro, your original email may also show your balance and purchase details.

Yes, we do! If you have a group of 8-12 kids, we can do our group rate! This is perfect for a play group outing, a classic mama group get-together, or a small group meet-up. With a group rate, you’ll have private access to the play space for 2 hours during regular business hours, and are welcome to bring in out-side food and drinks.

These private groups must be set up ahead of time via email to wildflowertawas@gmail.com. This group rate may NOT be used in place of a birthday party reservation or scheduled outside our typical operating hours.

We also offer a special rate for school or daycare field trips. Please reach out to us to inquire as we would love to help coordinate this for you!
