Cancellation & Refund Policy

We’re so excited to create with you! Because each class, party, and kit is prepared with care ahead of time, we’ve put the following policies in place to keep everything running smoothly for everyone.


Workshops & Classes

• All workshop/class bookings are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made in advance will receive studio credit or can complete the project at a later date**

• You must notify us that you cannot attend a minimum of 24 hours before the event.

• You’re always welcome to send a friend in your place!

No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.


**Due to the custom nature of ALL our projects and workshops, there are NO REFUNDS.

  1. If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel, we suggest that you find a friend or family member to come in your place so that you are not out the project fee you paid.
  2. If this is not a possibility, your kit will be available for pickup and will be held for 30 days.
  3. You can attend any of our public workshops or book open studio time to finish your project during that 30 days, or take it home to complete on your own (all supplies may not be provided as a take-home kit, depending on project).
  4. After 30 days, the project and amount paid will be forfeited.


We recommend booking when you’re confident you can attend, as spots are limited!


Retail & Take-Home Kits

We hope you love everything you take home from our shop!

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

• Opened or used items are not eligible for return



Birthday Parties


Payment Terms

  1. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your party date.
  2. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.
  3. Final guest count must be confirmed at that time.
  4. Additional guests beyond the included amount will be charged accordingly.

Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  1. Deposits are non-refundable.
  2. Parties may be rescheduled one time with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability.
  3. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Party Policies

  1. Party duration is based on the selected package.
  2. Additional time may be added (if available) for an additional fee.
  3. Guests are expected to respect the studio, materials, and staff.
  4. The booking parent/guardian is responsible for all attending guests.

Supervision

  1. A parent/guardian must remain on-site during the event.
  2. Staff will assist with activities, but supervision is the responsibility of the booking adult.
